Gavin SYMANOWITZ : Managing Director GETAGREATBOSS Gavin Symanowitz is the founder and CEO of GetAGreatBoss.com, a dynamic company with a fresh approach to both management development and attracting talent to organizations. Gavin qualified as an actuary in 2001, and subsequently obtained a PhD in Mathematical Statistics. He has worked in life insurance, merchant banking, and most recently at one of South Africas large retail banks where he headed up Strategic Product Development for Investments. In this role, he became increasingly frustrated with the poor manner in which feedback was given to management within the organization. He then set out to create a revolutionary online tool to enable the difficult conversations that people were reluctant to have face-to-face.
